Law enforcement is overburdened with
heavy call volume and increasing demands for their time.
Officers and investigators frequently do not have the time, training,
or resources to thoroughly investigate a case before making the
decision to issue a ticket or file the case with the DA's office.
As former police investigators we are
familiar with rules of evidence, search and seizure, and normal
police procedures. We understand the complicated dynamics of
criminal cases and will work with the attorney to identify areas of
the case to be explored and crucial witnesses to be interviewed.
At Investigation Services we
pride ourselves on thorough investigation; locating witnesses the
police may have missed, re-interviewing other witnesses and
reviewing police reports and evidence to get a complete picture of
the background and all circumstances surrounding a particular
incident. Our investigations have lead to the dismissal of felony
cases.
Our
experience as police investigators includes all types of major persons
crimes, complex white collar crimes, and manufacturing and
possession of narcotics cases.
